Game Awards 2022 – Bandai Namco has just released its newest story and gameplay trailer for Tekken 8, showcasing the newest component of the legendary fighting game franchise. The game is being developed for PS5, Xbox Series and PC (Steam).

The trailer highlights stunning visuals, extremely detailed character models, atmosphere and destructible environments, plus aggressive new gameplay mechanics, fully designed to bring Tekken into the next generation.
In addition, the trailer also sees the return of beloved characters such as Paul Phoenix, Marshall Law, King, Lars Alexandersson, and Jack-8, and highlights an all-new mechanic called the “Heat System” that unleashes aggressive attacks with special moves and improved for each of the characters’ skills.

The title will feature innovative game mechanics focused on “Aggressive” tactics. In keeping with Tekken’s unique style, the game will provide both players and spectators with the most thrilling experience – with visceral, shocking moves and environments that are both dynamic and destructible.
“Fist Meets Destiny” is the newest storyline in Tekken 8. The Tekken series holds the Guinness World Record for the longest continuing video game storyline.
Tekken 8 continues the tragic saga of the Mishima and Kazama bloodlines and their world-shattering father-son feuds. This latest saga picks up where the previous title left off, with a world ravaged by the devastating war between Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama.
After suffering what appears to be defeat from Kazuya, Jin faces his own destiny. His mother, Jun Kazama, appears after his absence from the TEKKEN franchise to try to turn the tide in this blood feud. Game Awards 2022
